It's a steel buckle with a nickel plating. Not brass at all! They need to stop with the burgendy color. That's a women's color. They used to use brown years ago and some advertisement photos still show their brown belts bought one and it's burgundy just like the ones your selling. Again, burgundy for women

I also think that "burgundy" color you're complaining about is almost a signature color. see someone with occidentals on a job site you can almost always guarantee that they're legit about their job.
