I am a first-time dental student after Lockdown we started our e-learning, but our doctor was only reading the lecture in paper . I am very happy because I found your channel and saw your explanation of the various areas of the head and neck Thank you for your effort from the bottom of my heart Note: I am from Iraq ❤😊

Could I ask a question please? I had a cerebral haemorrhage a few years ago and since have suffered with severe pain that is occipital in nature and worse when I strain: laugh, cough, sneeze etc.. I can’t stand or even sit for long periods of time, I have to lay down but in an upright position. Any idea what could be going on?? Australian drs seem to think I’m making it up or something and just keep sending me to a pain management class to learn about medications and how to manage the pain through natural remedies. (Going for a walk doesn’t exactly help when I can’t even stand up for long) Also, I developed hydrocephalus after the bleed and so I had a VP shunt inserted. The shunt doesn’t look to be displaced or malfunctioning in my MRI’s but I strongly believe it is the shunt or something to do with my CSF spinal fluid not rotating properly that is causing this pain. Could I be right?

external protuberance of occipital bone is big(size increasing). What would be the reason for that In adults? Is it any kind of disease or genetic issue? Please respond those who have an idea about this🙂

As ever thank you for your (rather involved) though interesting video sir. I was interested to hear that you did not have a real skull to demonatrate the features and functions at present and it occurred to me that people offer their bodies for such a purpose. You will forgive me if I hang on to mine for a bit longer as I am still using most of it but I did wonder how long donated parts are kept. Just curiosity! Blessings and peace

We have cadavers (dead bodies) that are over 10-15 years old at our university, sometimes we have fresher ones and sometimes really old ones. So I guess there are no limits :)

Hmm, some of those images work as visual illusions - dish looks like a dome if the scissor icon is off screen...actually sometimes when it is on screen. I've noticed different skull shape related to race too.

I recorded this in VR so it was stereoscopic for me. When editing on a 2D display the difference was amazing. It was so much more difficult to see shapes and depth. I've built some stereoscopic stuff to teach Swansea students with and it make complex things clear.
