In the Occupied West Bank, the devastating economic impact of the ongoing conflict is starkly evident. Since October, Israeli authorities have barred Palestinian workers from entering Israel, exacerbating the economic hardship. The Israeli government is also facing accusations of withholding tax revenues collected on behalf of the Palestinian Authority.

The same exact thing happens in the US. I experienced it myself as a single mother working in a male dominated industry. I was fully qualified and absolutely able, was doing the exact same job, and often was assigned to side projects to boot, but the men were consistently paid a higher wage or salary and consistently given higher raises than I was. Crying fowl was of no use, for if you complain or go to HR over the issue, almost 100% of the time I faced retaliation and nothing was done to address the problems that I brought up. Oh no, I became the problem for even thinking that I should be paid fairly.

If anyone is owing compensation it’s the Israelis to Palestinians 75 years of occupation - stealing their land , murdering them ( not just 1 day ) but all those years, subjecting them to intimidation . Like saying the invading Germans in WW2 should have taken everything off the French when they dared to resist . The West Bank was not part of that .
