some people do not realize that becoming a multiplanet species will accelerate our advancement as a whole eventually by 2x, then if we find more planets habitable, and can travel to them, we can advance even faster, which is a huge reason it's important, perhaps ideally fast enough to eventually live off black holes remaining light.
