Pehle main OCD ki shikar thi jarasi bhi gandagi bardasht nahi hoti thi, har roj bas safai safai, jabse mere do chhote bachhe ho gaye tabse main is cheez se bahar nikli hu ab main lazy ho gayi hu, karne ka man aata hain tabhi karti hu warna chhod deti hu, pehle log meri safai se pareshan the, ab main waisi kyu nahi karti hu iske liye pareshan hain

Ma'am plz make more videos on Mannat OCD.. Like mind automatically creats mannat thoughts even if I don't want to think.... And even correct thoughts that comes in mind, mind tries to make it negative..... Can't understand what type of OCD is this that mind even knows what's right & wrong still creates negative thoughts, images and keep making afraid.

Mam main 35years se OCD hai but persentage km hai ese lagta kuch choot gya but bahut km hai because main OCD ko smjhta hun against chlta hun agar phone PE baat ho jati to ye bhi theek ho jata
