I am suffering from religious ocd (scrulpurosity ) 60% recovered and mereko dusre ke kahe hue words .....jo wo God ko bolte h.....aisa mera mind sochta h ki maine mnn me bhi to yahi bola tha kya...ya bola tha ya nhi....jbki actually I have not said this.....but mera brain continuously un words ko mere se related krke repeat krte rehta h....r mai phir guilt,fear r confusion ke cycle me fas jati....jbki mereko pta h ki this is ocd,nhi to ye mannat mereko Khushi deta and not fear.. ....what mindful remedy would work

I'm extremely mentally exhausted..... I can let go thoughts and emotions which come along with .. but I'm not functional... Mind is tired.... Are your mind tired 😴 after recovery ❓❓❓ I'm also a day dreamer... Sometimes i feel OCD thoughts and emotions is product of other real illness..

@@rikitasolanki9181 now i have days where I have no anxiety thoughts come without anxiety then I can let go them ..but mind feel as I'm stuck ....for instance when I do meditation and being aware and not thinking actively from my side then i found as my emotional part is stuck .... I'm trying to no pay attention to it also ...but I feel because of it I'm stuck and not able to do my study for competitive exams...
