I am lecturer... and keep visiting child ngos .....I can completely relate childhood traumas, such a poor singal parent, financial difficulties or childhood without parents and these environment effect a innocent child that makes a permanent mark i their life. You are doing good work...keep it up

Really, a lecturer? I'm proud of you ma'am... Wish my professors would've understood me and my behavioral pattern changes, which I couldn't help. I astonished my faculties initially with my interest and class performance, but due to my mental health issues...I confused everyone. Got misunderstood, as I was failing in my score cards and failing to meet deadlines, as I was overwhelmed many times. Developed series of mental issues due to past traumas , which reflected in my poor performance and attendance. I tried my best to help in studies, and extracurricular activities but couldn't do well. Got questioned on my genuinity... and my labour. But thanks to all who addressed with 'Grace'.

maam thanku so much for this session, maine bhi apke clinic mai call kra tha ocd treatment ke liye bt mai ocd ke bare mai gharpe nhi bata sakti thi...isiliye mai apke vds dekhke khudko jitna hoskta hai utna try kr rahi hu treat krne ki jo bhi aap kehte ho unko jitna ho sake utna follow kr rahi hu and abhi maine apni neet exam di hai tab padne mai bhi bohot problem hoti thi pr apke vds ko dekhke apke bato ko follow krke i feel mai 70% thik ho gayi abhi 30 % bhi ho jaungi thik muje ocd 9 years se hai pr abhi jab mai thik ho rahi hu i feeling so good.and thanku so much maam ❤i tried to tell this to my frds bt seriously maam nhi samje koi samje bhi to support nhi mila bt ur vds are precious gift for me..❤

Mam, mujhe OCD 13 saal ke umar se hua tha, aur bohot kharap hoe raha tha har din, Maine apke cbt therapy video se apna 14 saal purana ocd 3 month mein khatam kar diya, aab ocd 99.5 % chala gaya, Kabhi kabar halka ocd aata hain lekin main apna emotion cbt se controp kar leta hoon.

Actually, I have problem with my brother. I feel that what will he think if I do something extraordinary, I can feel the minute voice of every action he does, for example, the voice of filling water in a bottle, the voice of drinking water from bottle, his movement etc. I could not do anything after I get overwhelmed by these thoughts, as if I am paralysed. Ma'am mai try karti hu apne kuchh compulsion Kam karne ki but jab bhi mai ek kadam aage badhati hu 4 kadam aur piche chali jaati hu, 2-3 baar compulsion ko control karti hu to darr lag jaata hai. Aur compulsion pahle se jyada badh jaata hai plz bataaiye kya karu. Lagta hai jaise kuchh thoughts ko rokne ki koshish kar rahi hu aur anxiety badhne lagti hai,

Mam mujhe 3to 4months se panic attack aya tha medicines chalu thi abhi band hui h but mujhe nind ni aati raat mein subah tak jagta hu ...workplace par jaane problem hoti hai bhar nikalne abhi b darr lagta h but pehle bilkul ni nikal raha tha bhaar ab 3se 4ghnte nikal raha hu
