Generally I follow very selected motivational speakers, I think 2 or 3 people I always consider, who have made me very strong, I can even name them, one person is Mr Anurag Rishi, who has transformed my life like anything. Another person I always follow for my medical need's is Dr Bimal Chajjar who is really a great Dr, giving very useful advices, just for his hobby, Hats off to these hero's. Today I am subscribing your KZbin channel also. Keep guiding, and may God bless you to produce these types of videos in future also.

Love this topic as always due to past drug abuse n now 7 yrs clean n due to past prob. My mental really growing slowly but I appreciate it n I respect my self coz I've also got 1 quality of my painting work.n I don't say I'm good but I'm good than my past makes me happy I'm kind,simple,helpful(I don't mean I'm good) but my to my kindness, negative people take my advantage n I'm not insecure but sometimes to think negative is good that those bad(toxic) who don't lyk my progress copy my thing.i do painting, I've connection with high profile art collector n i run my own gallery l, now i own small restro buissiness too so my neighbour r jealous but none my family want to hear bad to them they instead scold me. Noone to share but I've few. Now I thinking again positive that why should make my mind toxic who don't have there identity as u told even they don't talk me I pray enemy also do progress than me coz I have my good qualities too love from Nepal

how to find EXTERNALLY if a person is mentally strong or not...they may not be fulfilling all the criterias given in this video...or in other words ..points mentioned in this video may not be conclusive in deciding mental strength ...
