Mam ap ne bohat acha bataya ha mager eski practice k liye b koi experiment kr k samjayen ta k theory ko practical form mein bataya ja sakay because OCD time bohat leta ha improvement mein aur ager old ho to aur b ziada tough ho ga ap ne OCD pe work kr k ye bat prove ki ha k duniya mein har disease ka solution ha bas kuch log difficult honay ki waja se chor detay han k time waste na he kiya jaye but Nature will reward you Jo ap ne humanity k liye ye tough task liya ha apko God successful kray Dua ha humari..OCD ko contamination se b treatment diya ja sakta ha ya nai?

Mujhe Bahut pasand Aayi yeh Video ......Me 5 saal se Extreme level wali ocd se pareshan hu .....Mera Core Beliefe :- ki yadi Nightfall ho gya Or woh Kanhi Lag gya Just like Hath per fir kapdo per fir wohi hath darwaze or kundi per .....or wanhi per kisine touch kerke kisi or jagah touch kiya ya koi kaam karne chale gye jese kitchen me lighter se ges ka switch on karke ges jalayi fir tawa per hath Lage fir ......etc.....toh aisa thought ata he ki ab Barr jagah gandi he or ab sab ko dhona toh impossible he mujhe kya pata ki inhone kanha knha hath lagaye honge .....toh me janha bhi touch ho jata hu wanha ki jaga ko dho ta hu jese shoulder hand head hair etc. Ab itna pareshan ho gya hu ki Mera sab mazak banate he mere andar confidance nhi bacha future goal Jo set Kiya tha uspar time nhi milta he Mera future toh spoil ho gya me kisi kaam ka nahi hu.....Or Me Kabhi Kuch nahi karr paunga me pagal ho gya hu ....Agar Aise Age Tak chalta raha toh .... overthinking..... depression anxiety....
