16:28....are there complimentary ice water or juices in those buffet area or beach shack hut?

@@vincentnnyc I should have gotten some more close up shots of the buffet! Something to get on our next visit... To answer your question - they have glasses with water/ice/juice stations (just like the buffet on the ship). If you have the drink package, you can also grab a bottle of water at any bar. Enjoy your time at Ocean Cay!
