Another great update video - I’ll be down with my sis for her spring break just before Easter - coming down the 27th - 30th. Just a couple days - get away - walk on the beach - eat some seafood and relax !! Can’t wait for the warmer weather to return !!

Great updates Jay. Excited to hear that Ledo's is back on the west side haven't been to one since they moved from the marlin mall years ago. That used to be the Saturday routine, first to church then to Ledo for pizza and then Green Turtle for a few night caps then back to mystic Harbour, which was great in summer did not have to go over the bridge to the crowd. I'm coming up for St Patrick's Day weekend. Went to the parade last year for the first time, and I found it enjoyable. It's also nice to walk around and hit up a few bars without the summer crowd. Love the update videos, feel like I stay in the loop all the way out in the West Virginia panhandle.

Hey Jay, you might have mentioned it in a previous video, but I found out a little small change. The Atlantic Oceanfront Inn on 45th st is now called the Sea Loft Oceanfront hotel.

Can’t wait to get in town for St. Patrick’s weekend! Was surprised that Fish Tales was not opening for that weekend. Was very happy thought to see that MR Ducks was going to be open!!! Now have to pray that the weather will be decent 😅.

Jay, I don’t believe they dropped the ball, instead what happened is the Italian Air Force “Frecce Tricolori” jets are going to be there. It’s a special 30th anniversary trip to America and that was the time they were available. It’s my understanding that the Blue Angels will be here next year, back on the June date.

Need your help going back about 30 years. I remember a family restaurant in OC near the beach. I want to recall as The White House. Waitresses all wore long white uniforms. The inside was all white with windows all around. Great food family spot… any recollection anyone?

The first time I checked it was $4M, same with the others listed on Coastal Highway. Just checked and its now $325,000, but another says $350,000. And the listing changed to "business only" so they aren't selling the property. Not sure why they changed....I guess that's why they are having a hard time selling??

Walking trails, basketball court, skate park, benches. They took the field out to replace it with everything else.
