The five guys was a KFC. I remember the huge a&& bucket of chicken on the top of the building. I stayed at a time share on 136th, Sea Time I think. That was back in 04 or 05.

You are right about the townhouse on the north end. I don’t know how people can stand being right on the street. We lived in downtown Frederick for 30+ years and got tired of cars and trucks roaring by our living room. Maybe 12 feet away. Montego Bay is home of Tequila Mockingbird, one of our faves, and yes I know it’s not authentic. 😂 However, now that they moved, we can hit Caseta Linda’s year round in OP for the real thing, plus their killer baked goods, especially their fantastic cinnamon buns👍 Papi’s Taco is great too. Ristorante Antipasti is likely the best Italian restaurant in OC IMHO, although Sello’s over by the harbor is great too. We tried Kalamata, the new Mediterranean restaurant on 50, it’s very good, although it’s tough to beat the Spain Bar. Waiting for the new one in OP that the Spain Bar owner is opening (where Whiskers was?). Nice cat👍

You've got me interested in Ristorante Antipasti! I haven't been to Spain Wine Bar, but I'm VERY curious to see how the others compare when they open. It seems like a big "mediterranean" shift....could be good or could be bad (oversaturated). Time will tell!

@@ReelJayB Jay, if you like good Italian food, not just spaghetti and meat balls etc, plus if you like Sello’s, then you gotta try Ristorante Antipasti. It’s not cheap, but it excellent. Being vegetarian (well as you know, I do eat crabcakes 😂) Mediterranean food works out great for us, gives us another choice besides Mexican, Asian, Italian etc. although we can make do most anyplace, even here in the ‘hood at Ruthie’s 😂👍

OC Uptown eats is a great recommendation. We tried the crab cake and it was excellent. I like the wings at Buxby's Salty Dogs as well. By the way, Google Maps will confirm that those apartments were NOT behind the old gas station.. 😂

Nice Video Jay. The old Bourbon St. was a fun place but the parking was real bad The people in the low rise condos would have peoples car towed a lot. Tequila frogs is ok. The American Legion was a great spot to watch the cars cruise coastal highway.

Thank you so much for doing the updates on Ocean City. My family and I are coming down on June 29, and I like knowing updates on Ocean City before we head down. Seacrets has amazing soup. ;Schmagel's Bagels has wonderful bagels and coffee. The original Dough Roller has amazing pizza and Orange Crushes. Our family eats at Coins and Brass Balls - anything I had from either place was very tasty. Last year, we tried Marina Deck Restaurant, and their food was delicious. This year, I really want to try Fish Tales.

If you like IPA's you should try Troegs Second Cut. It's more of a Citrus based IPA which I dig more. The other IPA's that I have had taste like a pine cone. But the Second Cut is a Mango-Pineapple base with a touch of Honey. As always, love the video and really appreciate the updates. We won't be down that way until after Labor Day but we shall check out some of these places. 😎✌🤘

Hey Holly! No license is needed to crab, but you need one to fish. If you only fish on the 2nd through 4th st bulkhead, it's a free fishing area so no license needed there. For crabbing supplies, Kohr's in Millsboro is the best, they have everything you need. A more budget friendly place if your only using it a few times is the Walmart on Route 50. They have a decent selection of dip nets for going off piers. Good luck and hope you have fun!
