Beautiful property with spectacular balcony views. Theres a little modernisation/upgrading ie kitchen and bathrooms but I didn't see much else. You can see it's been very well taken care of and maintained which is good. I'm not sure of the asking price though. I take it it's due to the location again. Realtors need to be cautious and not price properties like this out of the reach of many. It is however, a lovely house though.

You are so contrary. First you day realtors should price lower yet if they did you would turn around and ask why its so low. Make your mind up and stop criticising eveything about Jamaica because i bet you don't do it when it come to realtors overseas

Not much of an upgrade. Bathrooms and kitchen definitely but the rest just needs a likkle sprucing up.
