Lol 😅 no don’t worry, there’s so many places to relax. The adult side and down by the beach is way more calm and they have a very nice spa too! So you have best of both worlds ♥️

I stayed at ocean coral spring at the end of August 30..through September 5. I loved the swim out rooms and the Lazy River. It was everything

Was there the end of February, bar fridge was barely cool at best, Martha’s market was the best of all restaurants because at any of the other restaurants there could be empty seats seen but they were always “reserved for the privileged”, all inclusive should mean all inclusive, instead at some of the restaurants it was $50 extra for this $50 extra for that $100 extra for for this, entertainment shows at the theatre were only at or after 9:30 pm, there should be 2 times, an early show and a late show, that way older people can see it and then relax/retire early for the night. As for the bar service, room service, restaurant staff they went above and beyond to please everyone. On our departure we spoke with “manager on duty” and we were ASSURED that we would have an email from UPPER MANAGEMENT by the time we arrived home -WE HAVE YET TO RECEIVE THAT EMAIL 😢 WE WOULD HAVE WENT BACK THERE NOT NOW

Oh I’m so sorry to hear you had that experience! Maybe follow up with them via email and see…. During peak season I can only imagine how hectic it might have been for them. I like contacting upper management directly during my vacations if anything happens so I know first hand they received the message. Sometimes the manager on duty fail to deliver the messages which is a sad reality. Wishing you and your family a wonderful vacation next time ♥️
