Just came back from here.The entire place and staff were amazing. From the Bellhop's to the Manager's all so helpful and accommodating to your every needs to make you feel welcome and relaxed...Truly First Class....

This place was awesome! be careful of the sketchy beach store that is not affiliated with the hotel. You can barter with the guy but he will try to rip you off if you don’t know what you’re doing. Lol. My wife and I also rented 2 kayaks on the beach from some random guy. $5 each for the entire day. I threw a $20 at the guy because in america it costs like $25-30 for like an hour or something. Watch out for the iguanas running around the resort. DO NOT FALL FOR THE H10 SUITE TIMESHARE deals that sound awesome unless you actually travel to mexico a lot. do not drink the water which should be obvious! excursions? We really loved the xenotes tour! Have a great time!

When I went there the beach was very bad dark brown and tons of seaweed and it wasn’t swimmable

It went well! Though some of the food is not that great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is an ice cream shop by the pool so you can cool yourself down. If you like spending time at the beach then that’s perfect, they have umbrellas, chairs, and towels for you. If you like excursions there are plenty places to go nearby, especially the small town. My favorite place to eat was definitely the steakhouse. Hope you enjoy your stay if you go :)
