A quick look at Ocean Drive, one of Pattaya's latest and most luxurious residential condominiums, which is located in Jomtien. I was lucky to get a look inside, and I can show you this premier residential complex.
Ocean Drive is part of the Riviera group of condominiums and has a contemporary design and breathtaking ocean views. Jomtien is just 15 minutes from central Pattaya and Ocean Drive is one of the latest additions to the many luxurious condos that Jomtien offers.

You're getting very good at producing videos. Many of us must be of a similar vintage when we saw the lobby and were reminded of Liberace. I could envision him and his manservant gliding around the place, greeting guests. I'm in the dead center of Pattaya until my lease expires in March. Perhaps I'll give Jomtien a try.

Wow,,, once through those two huge carved doors and then walking into that lobby gave me a bit of a shiver,,,, from those 1970's porno chandeliers and the Mediteranian brick stones mixed with all the textures and tiny reflection mirrors I needed my sunglasses.... but yes all the grandeur gives an illusion of hiso .... 22 sqm for a unit,,,, ill stick to the older more spacious condos....

Great camera & drone footage here Heath with good views too thanks. To me it’s just another high rise condo block with shoebox rooms although this looks like designed by Liberace…..something different for a change. Those chandeliers.. You get the feeling of luxury already from the entrance. As far as I know, the Riviera Ocean Drive is pet friendly too, a good choice for pet lovers. Btw, did I actually see a game room? Wow. And what an incredible view. You don`t see that every day. Thanks, Heath, that was a treat 😊😊

I know that another youtuber in Jomtien recently has had a review on 4 Riviera complexes in Pattaya and Jomtien, all were classified as pet friendly. But the one in Jomtien was called Riviera Jomtien, I believe, not Riviera Ocean Drive.

Very Good Video ....... Thank You. I looked at rental prices and found a 1br 45sqm for around $1,200 USA dollars - this was a good Size and very nice livable floor plan.

Nice video. I've stay at the similar but better located Riviera Jomtien for a week airbnb deal last year. The common areas are beautiful and the infinity pools impressive. But for me the size of the one bedroom units are very small for anything more than a short stay. I cannot see how a couple can even store their clothes in the place. The studio a 22 sq feet is smaller than a hotel room.

I’ve explored both Ocean Drive and Copacabana when searching for a condo. There are things I dislike about each but they are both in the middle of the nowhere which is the worst bit, especially far from the beach too. Nothing really surrounding them at a close walking distance and motorbike is a must. The Copacabana is light years more luxurious.

Copacabana has a prime beachfront position in Jomtien, and Ocean Drive is about 400 metres behind it on the Second Road.

Rents typically increase steadily as the elevation of the unit increases. For me, I'd probably settle from around 20 levels up. When I wanted to admire the stunning view, I'd trot up to the rooftop (or wherever) recreation areas and look out.

I stayed at the peaks last week and it was nice. The only thing was the staff were not that nice and it was a big Turn off for me if you want to lure buyers. They need to train staff better. Probably losing business because of them.
