Nice flying. Add weight to the plane and keep the nose down. Try to stiffen the wings for these conditions. Also always turn into the wind and not with the wind.

I'd love to see you go to Torrey Pine's Glider Port, since it's in your backyard and learn to hang glide. Or paraglide. Its an amazing place and with your understanding of flight and soring you have gained the past few years, you'd be a natural. Out of the two, i would personally recommend Hang Gliders but then again im biased. Nice job exploring that lift band though! You will need that skill at Torrey.
