Hah! Yeah, I know exactly where you are, great spots along there. Glad you got onto the bonnies, they were a bit patchy up north. Good snapper a bit further along in the deep. LBG fishing is the go too. I’m introducing the boy to skin diving now, loves it. Great video! Glenn

Haha nice one, yeah if you can tell by the coastline then you already know the spot! Appreciate the advice on the snapper. And that must be so fun teaching your boy! Thanks 😊

Even in the 60s. Lots of huge crays. Bronze whalersetresfrom the rocks. Tuna schools kilometres long. Black rock dive club person smokied a 15 foot great white. Big days and we had no money. Traded 5lb plus crays in the caravan park for a loaf of bread

Cracking Video Nick, how good is this sport, getting a group of like minded mates along to have a ripper weekend. Great vibe to the video, good choice of music. Cheers for sharing the fun! Re your flag, Couple of suggestions, I put a light dyneama line on mine and tie it around the float base. Other mates of mine use some blu tack and recon it works. Funniest one I have seen is my mate who uses a fold back clip and periodically replaces them as they rust. Loved the cook up. Dive safe, have fun! 🤿🤗💪🍻🐟

Thank you mate, isn’t it such a top sport? Glad you enjoyed watching the edit. Yes thank you for the suggestions! I’ll try one or two of those - I’ve already lost one flag and am keen to not repeat that!

@@bluenick2704 I eat Bonito my self to but salmon go's to my dog ,I can't eat them I try many times and deferent recipe but don't like them
@bluenick27042 ай бұрын
Yea the bonito are good as sashimi. General question, how's your fish care? Do you brain spike, bleed and gut right away, then once out of the water put them on ice? Also if you have a smoker that's the most popular way to prepare aussie salmon.
