Luke Hodgkinson Agreed. Not only rated by UK artists but by US too. Kendrick, Jay Z, Snoop and Lauryn Hill. Little Simz is one of the best artists in the UK, period. Her recent album Grey Area is a masterpiece widely nominated for best album and worthy NME winner .

Artists For Artists, to be honest I was unaware of a majority of the US artists that speak highly of her, but it isn’t surprising, you can hear influences like Lauryn Hill in her music. Think she’s one of the artists that will break in to both the US & UK charts, something rarely done by UK rappers.
