There's also (you probably now this already, so sorry if I'm telling nothing new) the "'tis for thee" referencing the us song "My country 'tis of thee" with the twist, that here, not my country provides for me, but I have to give everything to Oceania. I'm not that well versed in music either, but "All hail Oceania" in contrast sounds a bit more British, so perhaps these to songs together show the two important bases of Oceania, the old UK and US
