I noticed the INGSOC symbol is derived from the symbol of the Sozialistische Einheitspartei Deutschlands in East Germany

The song is actually based on an East German song, "Getreu der Partei", so it's not crazy to think they sound the same. I'm sure Auferstanden aus Ruinen was also an inspiration as well

Petoria's anthem is pretty much the same tune as Oceania's anthem. So that's the reason.
