I’m only 37 and after years of back pain and sciatica, the osteoarthritis that was degenerating my spine has finally become “severe enough” to have caused visible stenosis and the doctors are talking about surgery. Well, I’ve got more trust in the holistic healers who have been taking me seriously and sharing their wisdoms with me before doctors could prove on an xray how badly my vertebrae were disintegrating. A mantra I was given for the sciatic pain I was experiencing at one stage was from a book similar to this by a reflexologist: it said “I feel safe to move in new directions” and along with her healing touch it gave me great comfort and relief. Sarah, I can’t tell you how much I will be watching this video along with other spinal vertebrae videos to heal the conditions that come with me disease. Much love to you

Love the peacock feathers! They live in my area and I like to watch them display for the pea-hens, turning left and right like radar dishes and shaking their feathers.

eustachian tube (in USA pronounce yoo·stay·shee·uhn• toob, some other places say, yoo·stay·kee·uhn•toob) It equalizes air pressure between the middle ear and back of the nose, also drains fluid...1 of the tubes from ear to nose 😊

When I had two pounds of fibroids inside me (they were never "mine," I never used the word "my") I read in one of Louise's books that the affirmation was, "I am safe. I welcome the future." Wow! I never before would have equated fibroids with safety or lack thereof.
