Honestly think it's a preparation thing. She may have alot of Seniors this year and instead of a crab heavy squad next year, she packed them on this season to nsure vets for the following season, plus these mega squads been a trend the past couple years. Some schools have huge dance teams

The Motions are 3 years late trying to copy the Stingettes uniform and hair from Janae's year as captain 2019. Stingettes are often imitated but never duplicated. 💯

Why are the cymbal players rocking their heads side to side like Southern.I use to March like that because I went to high school at ALCEE FORTIER and we marched like that.When I went to Texas Southern I would always get discipline for marching that way.

SU didn’t originate the head rock bro. Da 4, the k, the aug etc etc. along w/ many other legendary N.O. high school bands been head-rockin since the 70s & 80’s. Brian from the city so of course the flavor gonna follow along w/ him. Ain’t nothing wrong w/ shaking sh*t up though bruh. Now if they could get the drum majors a new swag, they’ll really be in business. Boys be lookin country as hell man.

So it's raining the drum Majors have on ponchos but the dance troupe don't have any ponchos on just off their bodies making make sense that's horrible and degrading to the women

There's an overall band director who can make executive decisions for the Motion. The Advisor and Chief Choreographer that is responsible for them and works closest to them, whom also makes executive decisions to override the captain, is also there. Then there's the captain. Doesn't mean that the girls themselves have no say. But 3-tiers of leadership, as well as the team were more invested in "The Look" that they also worked hard to implement, just as much as the routine along with being their debut as a squad. They were more interested in a first impression, than what you're talking about, as what you're talking about is not even a factor in any of it.
