Beautiful property. When you said "favorite part of this entire house" I thought "bathtub", the Hama was a pleasant surprise. Does this area on the Atlantic Ocean have a Sea Barrier to prevent erosion? I'd hoped to buy a house near this area for a fraction of this price, but I prioritized caring for a sick relative that stopped my income.🧕🏽 It's nice, but dark as a club & astronomically priced...I've been warned that it's now priced out & people are building inland.

If Alkebulan will be this expensive then maybe, it may not be for the average Diasporan! The people that want to move won't be able to afford it. They will just attract rich people that are looking for vacation homes or rentals. That's great to bring money to the country but I can't afford that. I guess I will be stuck in the Divided States :(

Why does it cost $350,000, how is that going to benefit Africans in the diaspora? A lot of those in the diaspora who want to return to Africa can’t afford to live in the West, so who are you trying to attract? Rich Africans in the diaspora, shouldn’t it be affordable so those who are struggling in the diaspora can return? Why must it always have to do with business first with black people? Very sad! This movement should be about making it possible for those who are struggling but it’ll benefit them to return. It isn’t always about the money, guys. Maybe build affordable homes instead of luxury homes. Just saying!
@1960Valerie14 жыл бұрын
Very nice condo, but disappointed that it looks American/European and not African.
@sophiashow39883 жыл бұрын
Only $350,000.00, sorry the point of moving to a less developed country is to get a bargain, not pay American prices, and the sad thing is I bet the people of Senegal can't afford that price, it's a shame because you're making the people of Senegal second class citizens in their on country. I guess it's nothing like good old fashion American greed.
@RJMahdi3 жыл бұрын
Speak less of what you have no knowledge. Senegal has plenty wealthy people. Tons of millionaires, athletes, entertainers, politicians and CEOs of major corporations. Stop thinking all of Africa is poor like they tell you on TV and likewise not everybody who moves back to Africa from the West is broke or looking for a "bargain" we have multimillionaires from the states living here with on the ground right now. Those same millionaires are employing hundreds of locals, stimulating the economy and contributing to upward development. It’s a shame you think Africa doesn’t deserve high quality luxury. 🙄

@@goldenheart751 you know you can build your own house! I am from Senegal and this is out of my budget so I will do my own thing. And don't only look at Senegal! Many countries can offer something you can afford. Remember that we would rather have you than others! Don't say you are price out! No me too I am price out.
