Maybe tell him in a controlled٫ private area٫ where no one can interrupt٫ and when- I mean if he declines٫ don't be upset٫ or mad٫ simply listen to his reason and say٫ "I understand٫thank you for being honest." If he does accept٫ (which he won't) thank him٫ and try to make plans to go on a date. I hope this helps!

What you want to do is: 1. Tell him you have something to tell him about the way you're feeling about him, and that if he doesn't feel the same then you hope that the two of you can continue staying friends and that it won't change anything between you guys. 2. Tell him how you feel in a fashionly manner, while trying your best not to panicking, chicken out halfway through, stutter a whole ton, ect. 3. Give him time to accept your confession. I would suggest a week or so, but it could take longer, although I don't have a very good estimate. 4. While you're waiting act as if nothing has changed, don't change how you act around him from how you would before as his friend just because you confessed. 5. After a decent amount of time, ask him how he feels about the situation. Whether he wants to maybe take you on a date or something along those lines, or continue being friends. Sorry if this isn't very helpful Uraka, this is the best advice an ace like me can give you when it comes to the topic of love XD But I still hope this helps somehow!
