Dunn's River Falls looked fun. I would love climbing up the rocks. It is cool that they can provide a video of it for you. Bamboo Beach looked lovely as well. I would probably choose and excursion with multiple activities even though it means I had less time at each place. Seeing more places would be my priority with such limited time in the area.
