I love the, "We were fine with it," but we are definitely complaining about it... This is not to say your experience wasn't your own, that being bad. FYI, not once in the ad you showed does it say all you can eat/drink like you stated it was. Whatever was on your plate looked scary. In the future, take Royal Caribbean and go to Perfect Day at CocoCay, it's truly an amazing experience. Lesson learned, Carnival continues to suck, they are the worst cruise line I've been on. This is an option on RCCL.. Thanks for the heads up on this place. We are skipping this excursion for sure!

Do you have a recommendation for a Jamaica excursion for a family ? Our port is Falmouth and I saw this as an option but will def skip now!

We did this excursion yesterday on Royal Caribbean and it was just as awful as you described. I wish we would’ve seen your video before we booked it. Worst experience ever!!

We are going on a Norwegian cruise in April 2020, and wanted to know if this location is also known as Mami Bay Bamboo Blu ? What’s frustrating is the descriptions sounds so great and the cruise ships I don’t think really care as long as they get you back onto the ship on time as to what quality of excursions you pay for. Because I’m sure they get their cut. Great on his video thank you

I just looked up Mami Bay Bamboo Blu and it is not the same place as Bamboo Beach. I will have to say though that after we got back on the cruise ship, we told the excursion desk about our experience and they refunded 50% of the cost of the excursion without us even asking for a refund, so that was awesome. Yessss my experience was horrible. 2015 Bamboo beach I wish I stayed my *** on the ship Y’all they gave us the smallest cup of a drink I didn’t even drink The food VIP my *** I was sitting with ppl who paid $35 dollars

We felt kinda bad putting all this negativity out there about this excursion.... but we wanted others to have full disclosure that it could end up NOT being all they hoped it would be and let them make the choice to go or not to go after hearing our experience.... I'm sorry to hear that they weren't able to get any better in the 4 years between the time you were there and we were!!! That's just crazy!

I went to Bamboo Beach bc it was discounted, and I hated it. I'm glad I didn't pay full price.

Did you complain to customer service?

We did go to the excursion desk and explain to them what happened on the excursion. We didn't really complain, we just told them the facts so that they would know and perhaps address the issues with the tour operator so that they would not continue for future guests. We specifically told them we were not looking for any compensation, however the staff member at the excursion desk told us that she had already heard the exact same things from other guests on the excursion. She then proceeded to refund us 50% of the cost of the excursion to our ship board account which we greatly appreciated. If you have any other questions let us know. Thanks again for watching!
