Hello Marlon, hope you don't mind me calling you by your first name. My husband and I are looking to retire in December of 2023, however we are planning to list our home here in Virginia next year (October- November 2021 time frame). We'd love to already be moved into our new Florida home at least by Sept / Oct. 2023, or sooner depending on our economy during that time. I believe my husband reached out to you about a week or so ago expressing our interest in the Geneva Model by Mattamy homes -Tapestry collection ( we viewed this model on KZbin). also to further give you an idea of what we'd like to build, we also loved the Andover model and the Hampshire models by Lennar. I have to tell you that we were not impressed with the sales representative for Lennar Builders when we contacted them regarding the two models earlier mentioned by Lennar. The rep. didn't seem to have much knowledge regarding the product they are selling, and we were also informed that those two models of interest was no longer available in that particular community, but are they available perhaps in another community close by? we would love for you to become our agent for our new home search in Florida and help us to come up with a plan that assist us in this search for our new retirement home in Florida. hey whatsup man I was just looking at some of the homes you were showing because im looking to move out there soon & I spoke to a few people & they told me that your literally like "the realetor" to see if your looking for a home in central FL.I was told you had an intricate knowledge of basically every single area out there & that nobody has ever been dissapointed after you put them in a home so were gonna have to talk soon because im actively looking in Clearmont-Orlando area. Listen I did my homewhork & if what everyone says is true I might just be speaking to my next realetor for my new FL home.

I find so attractive when the front entry its so narrow, all you see from the street is the huge garage at front. No curve appeal

I see what you mean. I personally prefer a detached garage in the rear of the home but you have to build a custom home for that.
