16:03 is drawing the line of best fit needed to get full marks because it doesn’t mention drawing that in the question, only to plot the marks for the remaining 4 students?

No - I just drew it on when I was talking about correlation, to show that the data was clearly trending upwards. You need a line of best fit when you are approximating values, similar to the method described in part d), although it should be within the range of the plotted data if it is going to be accurate.

It's listed as November 2021 on the OCR site, but these papers were originally intended for the June 2021 exams that were cancelled due to covid. So there is only one set of papers from 2021.

There are usually two sets of papers each year, June and November. But in 2020 and 2021 the summer exams
