Sorry I didn't see this question until now, so I'm a few years late in answering it. The woodwind is an irish whistle. Specifically, a Burke composite low D. They're actually surprisingly easy to play, much easier than a flute IMO. I don't think Burke still makes the composite model that I used here, but they do have aluminum and brass versions still available, which will sound pretty similar.

I don't have tabs for it, but I can tell you that the guitar is played lying flat on my lap, tuned to DADGAD. The lead is mostly hammer-ons, and the rythm is mostly just slapping the strings while barring the three lowest strings up and down, and percussive harmonics on the 12th fret on the 3rd beat of each measure. Hope this helps!
