I knew a kid who thought the title of this game was "Sonic 2: The Hedgehog"

In the first one he's just an insane guy that dresses up like a hedgehog. Then at the end of the game after the end credits Robotnik throws him into a volcano but he grabs onto a ledge narrowly avoiding burning alive. He climbs out of the volcano and lives but it comes with a price. The extreme heat of the inside of the volcano fused the suit to his skin. His neurons connect with the circuits and instead of just using the suit to fulfill his dream he's BECOME the suit.

@@griffydz1789 what comes to my mind is the 'rape of a planet' by mp, proticity's neighburgers and the mystic cave remix beat something, I cant remember, mono memory does good remixes too, I like the subway theme to resident evil 3 it got a john carpenter feel. Then again I like this lavender town remix called 'scent of lavender' just because it reminds me of akira yamaoka.

I can't follow those "too far from original" sayers. The only part I didn't recollect from the original was around 2:40-3:00 where the artist did some soloing on the background. I didn't see the title from the video the first time (just hearing subscription playlist) but had the association to Sonic before the first 20 seconds were over. And I didn't even really play Sonic 2! Nice remix! Fits my house taste just well.

The melody's there the whole way thru with exception to the solo. This song stays quite close to original with exception to the danceable style it takes. @archados O definatly, alot of genesis/megadrive tunes would go into a club without much remixing, all alot of them need is clearing up, as 16bit is unclear esspecially at volume, take the mini boss music from Sonic & Knuckles even the original is a mini hardcore tune, some tunes from vectorman, lemmings.. Get these tunes into a club/rave/whatever lol plenty of people half pissed would bang along regardless, personally if there was a retro genesis/megadrive night at my local club, ID BE THERE!!

@ocremix I didnt say it didnt sound like the original, i said it strayed to far away from the original..... The chemical plant melody is used through the track but it has been played with, too much in my oppinion. An oppinion is mearly someones 'point of view' you dont have agree with it but that doesnt make it wrong. For me there's a few sections of the track where it's not clear it's chemical plant at all, if the 16 bit melody was played along side the differences are quite appearent
