1959 I spent some of my younger years on a self contained ranch along morro creek what a change the best thing then was the fish and chips we hung out in the parking lot of morro rock don't look like you can anymore maybe climbers was always climbing the rock big no no even back then.

big waves create a fantastic display by the side of the rock so much water is thrown in the air it has eroded a depression in the rocks where it lands. And as the water retreats, one can hear and feel giant underwater boulders being rolled around like grains of sand. can be one of the most perilous harbor crossing on the coast. the butterfly end of migration is another lifetime memory
