all new bikes are crazy cool , but nothing sounds like a PER 1999 Harley, even there twin cam bike falls into the good power thing with no sound , and if your a Harley head , you know it's all about that idle.

Still a little toy , my VN 2000 made 115hp and 145ft/lbs , this bike is just to small !!! if your over 5"8" this is not the bike for you !!!

+Steve Cea Why even compare a street bike to a large straight line cruiser like the VN2000? Would you say pickup is junk because it can't haul 50,000# coil on the back like a Kenworth can?

+Fr. Ro I think there will always be a place for the bigger engines, but the mid sized water cooled V-Twin is long overdue in a version consumers will embrace. I loved my V Star 1300, or rather, I loved the idea of it. To get what I really wanted I was forced into the big ci category. The super sport tourers just don't have what I want in egos.

+Fr. Ro Harley has water cooled engines and has started partially cooling the Big Twin. Victory's Freedom engine has had oil cooling for some time. You're right. It's only a matter of time before we see full cooling across the board, including the large V-Twins. It already hurts these engines in the form of requiring high octane to run them. The same engine water cooled wouldn't require it, IMO.

Fr. Ro I'm sure it will be as soon as they can convince the fan base that it's cool. These things take time in that community.
