That's by design. The only thing the devs are interested in is frustrating players so they shell out more cash. Release overpowered items then nerf them as soon as sales drop. Rinse and repeat.

I consider the oppressor getting a projectile speed addition to be a nerf. For reference, I main a boosted Yongwang build. Now I would need to keep track of my speed, the target's speed, drop, and have my velocity constantly changing.

Its 135 PS, but still a joke. They need to make weapons balanced in the first place and not release them absurdly OP just to "fix" it later. Thats typical Targem/Gaijin manners. Those greedy disgusting Developers release OP stuff to farm peoples money just to make it useless in the next weeks/months. We had this MULTIPLE times over the years! I spend so much money on this game before but now I dont wanna spend a single coin for such a scam company....

What does 80% more penetration mean tho for the shotguns

It will have 80% bullet penetration is what they mean. instead of the previous 100% bullet penetration a bullet will expire after dealing 80% damage instead of going through up to seven pins worth. Now 80% for sure making shotguns do less damage

@@cardboardninja2429 oh see. Cardboard over here too lol. Yeah I got rid of my hammer falls before the optimal range and maximum range update came out for shotguns. I know they were going to be trash used to be about 2000 on the low end and now after the update their 1800. this next update coming out probably sometime in November they are going to be even cheaper. that's crazy.

cardborad u rly need to get your percentage math better xD, the raijin reload speed isn't 25% increase, it's arround 70% faster, and 3 times dmg increase in pezrcent isn't 350% more, it's 220% more

As a hitscan user i like this change. Ive said it with overwatch and ill say it with this game. Hitscan is just lazy and stupid. The skill expression with projectiles is less sweaty than hitscan.

Hitscan is an equalizer for players out of the develop world 100 base ping with 450 ping spikes are just peeing kidney stones with cannons, but now theres no saving grace

Ok I know the crossout player base whine and moan a lot, but this is genuinely THE MOST infuriating update ever. Almost every build I use will need to be completely reworked, all the while now needing to rig my car with explosives yayyyy. This genuinely feels like a slap in the face to CC players and noobs alike, and to be honest, this one might make me actually quit for the first time ever. The devs were definitely cooking with this update, cooking straight meth 🪦
