I wish reviewers would stop dumping on the thermometer app. I use it almost daily, and love the new interface. Not imagining a personal use for this feature should not be a reason to negatively comment on it's existence, in my opinion. Just bought your wallpaper app - love it!

I recently found a reason to use it. It makes it easy for me to check the temp of my hot water for green tea... Too hot makes the tea bitter, anywhere between 60-70c is the sweet spot.

Thanks for video. By the way your comment on thermometer app is uncalled for. While on family trip used it for child that was not feeling well. Using the app after confirmation of high temp medication was prescribed. A live saver.

Samsung's One UI is more versatile and customizable compared to Google's stock Android, but it lacks a unique design that makes it stand out. On the other hand, Google's OS has its own distinctive style and design language, which looks great! I hope Samsung finds its own unique design in the upcoming One UI 7.

Nah! They will looks almost same to previous version🤖 You can notice samsung had very bad animation crashing issues here n there on whole ui still on 2024, Whereas any a midrange has atleast a good ui animation experience...

i am not getting any updates for a while now. i got none of the updatess mentioned here except the camera thermometer. i also didn't get the updates of google photos mentioned in previous video. i own a 8 pro. google generally roll out the updates to all region very quickly. in fact i used to get all the updates instantly. but now i feel like i am two months behind

Unfortunately, you're not missing anything right now. This procedure of releasing an OS update and then rolling out features server side later on when they feel like it makes zero sense to me. Meta do the same with Quest updates. Why add new features and then lock them up later as feature drops? This update is underwhelming enough without holding back features until a later date. Also, I already had the "theft protection" feature on Android 14 before I even updated!! Smh.
