Loved this vlog, love your boots. My daughter is 40 and thought she was premenapausal had all the symptoms went to docs had bloods done called her back she took hubby with her for support 😅 saw a male doctor who actually listened to her and put her on hrt she's 100% better she sees a woman now who's trained in hrt ❤❤❤

What a great video sharing all your favourites! Gilmore girls is lovely, and a favourite of my daughters. My favourite perfume is Beautiful by Estée Lauder - I’ve loved it for over 35 years! It’s just me! Thank you for constantly talking about the menopause, it needs to be spoken about more. So lucky I have come through that hormone tunnel after five years! Yes I know what you mean with GPs. I’m 46 - not sure if perimenopausal yet as I’m on a mini pill that stops periods. I have had other symptoms, but they say ‘oh no menopause is only if you’re over 50’. They can test if you’re post menopausal but not peri apparently xxxx

Hi Leanne, loved this, listening to what you've loved this month. You didn't really sell me on the TV shows 🤪 but then again I don't really watch TV, I am very much a KZbin girl 🥰thank you for your recommendations I will check them out, though already subscribed to a couple of them 😊For Christian content I love Diana Kokku, Mum of 4 little ones, she is so fun & inspirational, her prayers at the end of each video are beautiful 🙏My guilty pleasure currently is Cecilia Blomdahl who lives in Svalbard an island within the artic circle, I find it fascinating how people live in different parts of the world, her cinematography is stunning. From Me that survived perimenopause (thanks to HRT after years of being prescribed antidepressants 😟) & now in menopause, it is imperative that we keep talking, banish the taboo & educate and enlighten women, encourage advocacy of one body through periods of change.
