I had no idea what to dress up as this Halloween, my normal clothes are too witchy to go as a witch at this point.. So we were trying to do random makeup looks with a friend and see where it would took us. We had some fake flowers and moss too, so I ended up as a "wet and dead" lady too. You described it well, it's like a drowned person spirit; it also reminds me of swampy Kikimora from slavic mythology.
