If you just workout with weights ( not cardio ) do squats, lunges, calf press, and other leg exercises they won't get bulky I promise.

+jessiklovecine I'm gonna guess you're a woman. Don't be afraid to lift weights with your legs. Your legs won't get "bulky." Huge misconception. Unless you're taking steroids!

+jessiklovecine if you want to tone- try lifting lightish weights (make sure they are some what challenging though) for many repetitions. maybe try like 20-30 squats with each set , and just do lunges without weights maybe 30 again per set - this will make sure you are toning rather than building muscle
