When I was a little girl ( about 5 years old so about 50 years ago) my grandmother wrapped my hair is something she called, Rags. She would take old bed sheets and tear them into thin strips then wrap my hair in the “Rags”. I miss the rags and oh my, do I miss my grandmother. Thanks Bunny for bringing up some really great childhood memories for me :-).

seriously...as many curls as you want as long and tight as you want, plus the wrapping back over the curl keeps the ends in and frizz down...for the cost of an old bed sheet/towel/tshirt.... I feel this is an over designed product to do something people have been doing simply for 100s of years spending nothing lol

One of my favorite ways to give my hair a fantastic curl is just french braid it while damp. I find doing it in two braids the most satisfactory for me. Let the braid/braids dry for a good 24 hours or so and use a hair oil on your fingers to take them out. It's my favorite way and will probably give you the same result... Ive been watching you Bunny for *years* we're literally the same age. I love you and am so happy to see your growth!!

Have you done curls just around a headband or something similar? When I do that I will wrap the top sections of my hair as close to the center of my forehead and then once I finish wrapping my whole head I push it back onto the crown of my head. It helps loosen up the hair (so no bumps and easy sleeping) and also gives me a ton of volume. Maybe your redesign should include a couple strips more at the front!

I would avoid that awkwardness at the top by seperating all my hair into a top and bottom layers section. I would leave the bottom section under the band, but lay the top section over the top... if that makes sense. Like put the top half in a bun, leave the bottom half down, put the band on over the bottom half, then let the top half down over the band. Then you could use the top pieces on the device to wrap the top layer, then the bottom pieces to wrap the bottom. Since the top layer would be over the band, you will be able to wrap the hair closer to the scalp and also it wont be squished down and wouldn't dry leaving that flat look.

These are a good idea because they keep so much moisture in your hair but inevitably, the bath towel fabric is difficult to dry, so it hinders drying quite a bit. I've used the OG bath robe strap method of just doing each half of your hair wrapped around that robe strap and it works well. Still has a similar look to yours. Kinda retro perfect silky waves.

i also can't stand the feeling of my hair on the sides of my face or my neck while i sleep. i don't like when it makes my head slide around on the pillow either. i have to sleep with my hair tied up!

Love the end result! A suggestion to try for getting it closer to the root on top.... You could section off the top section of your hair, then when you put the device on, put in on so that the top section of hair yourlve separated sits above the device and the rest of your hair below. Then carry on curling as before. I recon it would do the trick :) xx

OKAY OKAY WOW. This is what my hair wants to do. Like it tries to do this look on it's own and this is like the defined curl I don't have. I really might get this product just to see it on myself and I am not the type to do anything to my hair.

From just seeing the thumbnail, I seriously thought you put a whole lot of tampons in your hair. The dangling strings really added to the illusion.

@@babypink56 🤣 See! Tampons are multifunctional. I bet you could do some crazy awesome colouring with tampons soaked in hair dye too. Hmm... possible challenge material? 🤔😜

Beautiful! Divide your hair in half and leave top half over the band and the other half under the band. Then you can get more lift at the scalp. So pretty though. Love it!

I really want Bunny to do the ponytail thing and trim off some of her hair. It’s so easy to refresh longer hair that way.
