2 of them would make the curls closer to the head, would let it stay rolled closer (I think) and would let you roll hair away from your face on both sides, so it looks more like what takes me forever with my Beachwaver.

I do a 2 space buns overnight curls thing. For me, 'heatless curls' tricks are more about saving time in the morning than avoiding heat damage. My hair is not as long as Bunny's but is past my bra strap, curling with an iron takes a while! ❤

I just put this same heatless curler in my hair. I did started with dry hair that I sprayed with rosemary water. To be honest, I think your hair was still a little bit too wet when you put it in. But I like what you mentioned about the double helix idea. It actually crossed my mind that it would make more sense to have two of these, one to do the left side of my hair, one to do the right side. I didn't flip my head upside down when I put it in. I just pushed all my hair to one side and then rolled it up from there, so I know one side will be more curly, which is why I think I will get a second one, so I can do both sides... And then to help support the weight, I put a tight beanie on, which is really helping hold it in place and also is helping to redistribute the weight. It's much more comfortable with this on.

Your "double Helix" method can be achieved by rubberbanding the ends of 1 side. Roll it into a bun, pin it down, temporarily. Then work on 2nd side. Combine the 2 ends and roll it. It should work. 🤞

You might want to get some Kitsch Spiral Coil Hair Ties. I have curly hair and it's been really helpful with wearing my hair in buns or pony tails with no breakage like regular hair ties cause. They require less manipulation so after you take them out you won't find hairs wrapped around it like regular hair elastics. They also have helped with reducing headaches or migraines for me personally. When they stretch out you can put them in hot water or under a heating pad and they will shrink back up.🤗 Definitely recommend.

I wouldn't mind trying out something like this item myself. Heatless curling methods are great for me because I don't like using heated stylers (aside from occasionally using a hair-drier) on my hair. I have also never found a combination of heated tools and products that makes my hair hold a curl longer than about 20 minutes anyway, while there are a number of heatless curling methods (like old-fashioned rag curls) that will make curls last a full day or more in my hair.

I think for hair at your you really need two of those, one for the top portion of your hair and one for the bottom portion, or one for each side of your head. What if you put half your hair through the middle of the curling Loop thing and left half on the outside to roll it up?
