This is a solid intro to a lot of things in this game, I hope it helps many players a lot! I would love to see a breakdown for advanced players, one that focuses on why you boost at certain times, for how long, etc. I'm in the late-game content and struggling to master the mechanics to the same level as players like you!

is the passive wingate damage plus on broken enemy, is same with the dagger dmg up? or is different?

Wingate buffs the weapon and element damage (dagger, fan, sword, light etc). So same. Barrad on the other hand buffs a different category (patk).

What is a nuke ?

A nuke is a very powerful (high potency) spell or ability that usually hits the maximum allowed in-game of 99k damage. There are abilities and accessories that increase that cap.
