Sure - Hammy's A4 can be replaced by Miles and Meena's A4s. As for the Kraken crest, just use the acc with the highest patk you have.

I got everyone here except for Sarisa 😭. I doubt that she can be replaced but is there any other potential setups that can be done as long as Richard/Bargello are not included

This fight is already annoying without any limiteds / MTs etc. You need something to improve the damage like Solon maybe, or even better Canary. A fast thief that can debuff dagger can replace Lars. We can discuss it on Discord if you like. Also, if you use Maafa, that's a big dmg boost.
