It's a new pity system that will be avaible for new general pool characters: its perk is that these shards do not reset when the the banner ends. So it will be a common pity pool for all the newer general pool characters. This should encourage doing a few pull in general banners, without the need to commit for a spark; though in all honesty rubies shoud be saved for limited characters anyway.

Netease messed up one of the abilities and made a duplicate fire/ice prayer buff with a different name. I hope they notice that.

i honestly cant tell which of her prayers is which as they wrote them both as the fire/ice buff, molrusso's new passive doesn't make any sense either. i really hope they can get someone to fix all these errors and inconsistent descriptions
