It has been years. Literally years over around 50 attempts. I am still yet to beat Galdera in the first game, and will not allow myself to buy the second until I have done as such. My best attempt yet was done with pure luck, and I cannot seem to get past the Eye. Normally, I'd have given in and just got the second game without finishing the first, but there's some part of me that demands I find an ending for the 8 heroes in my party before I turn the page and meet their successors. Perhaps one day, I will succeed - I have plenty of time.

I've been able to get past the eye consistently by killing the souls with h'aanit and devourer of dreams (max bp boost for insta kill), not sure if thats what youve been doing, but the biggest problem with the eye for me was just doing enough damage and breaking the eye. I'm not sure if this helps, but good luck to you!

@@saafirhossain7420 I've been approaching it with Sorceror Therion, 999 Elemental attack and Fire-boosting items, plus divine skills from Scholar and Cleric to really focus the damage. Because the party is hyper-focused on this, it's hard for me to get to the point where the Eye is broken - Once I lose a party member, I have to offload the others onto Res/Heal duty, eliminating my ability to respond to threats such as Delayed Incantation. I reckon, if I manage to engineer the right circumstances, I can kill it *very* quickly. Getting there is the hard part.

@@zetarhythm3503 If you've got all 3 of those spots filled for insane amounts of damage, then the only thing I could recomend is having alfyn as cleric so that you can bp boost fast, and use that 4th slot as h'aanit so that she can take out the souls with devourer of dreams. You now have 2 axe users, and you can get 2 double tomahawks (one from ogens quest and the other from archibold the the crusher in stonegard valley) Basically, alfyn concoct bp boost is key, because from there you can max set up with divine skills and do 8 axe hits with double tomahawk. The biggest issue in your way might be turn order rng so i recommend at least getting 2 or 3 devourer of dreams so that you have multiple chances and also if you can, get saving grace on everyone so that they can survive for as long as possible by healing first turn with cleric so that you can survive a few more hits.

​@@zetarhythm3503 I know constantly gearing for different strats may be tiring, but i would recommend trying to have a runelord with your sorcerer. When I tried it a few weeks ago the runes seemed to be a more effective method. You could probably try this with aeber´s reckoning since Therion is speedy anyway. Also i had a character constantly on heal/item duty even if not needed. Good luck with your next try

Why give yourself an arbitrary restriction on enjoying OT2? Maybe pausing from attempting to best Galdera and enjoying OT2 will give you enough space to figure out how to finally beat it. I'm still playing OT1 so feel free to ignore since I've yet to reach Galdera yet but soon. I might be changing my tune once I do lol Applaud the dedication, though
