I wish I'd found your channel before buying a board, so much useful informations! I'm sorry for asking something in such a long text and I'm not asking you to spend time on this, but if could just shine a little bit of light on the top of your head it would be widly appreciated. So, would you know if it's possible or not to use the DWIN LCD from an ender 3 v2 with this board? I have been looking for days and documentation on this is hard to find, so I have been wondering if it's just plain impossible and I'm not realizing it or if it's because most people go with BTT screens (and maybe I should do the same?). I crossreferenced the pinout and all needed connections are there. So it should be possible... right? They both use EXP to communicate after all (EXP 1&2 for the FPC port and EXP3 for the DWIN LCD from Creality but I don't know if this is a real problem). I can do the wiring part just fine. What I just can't understand is where to make the changes to the pinouts in the Marlin configuration to even try to make this work. I don't know if you need anymore informations to give me an anwser or a recomandation on what to do. If you think I should just buy something like a TFT35 for any reasons, don't hesitate to recommend I do that. Anyways, I'll link the ressources I have found on this as if I fail maybe somebody will find this and it will help them. For the E3 V2 LCD pinout the documentation in Marlin looks incomplete at best and this is the right pinout (it matches the markings I have on the PCB) github.com/bigtreetech/BIGTREETECH-SKR-E3-Turbo/issues/40#issuecomment-991853287 And for the Octopus Max EZ the schematic is the most complete source of informations I could find (obviously) github.com/bigtreetech/Octopus-Max-EZ/blob/master/Hardware/BIGTREETECH%20Octopus%20MAX%20EZ%20V1.0-SCH.pdf Also, there is also an open issue with the SKR2 concerning the Ender3 v2 DWIN saying it's half working. github.com/bigtreetech/SKR-2/issues/51

Might be easier to have conversation on Discord in the description is a link. Need more details on the display to start.

Didn't notice you had a Discord. Count me in. I've asked, but I thought about it and even if I hate to let compagnies win and buy more of their product because they choose to make it harder to use something else, I might well just buy a TFT. Not the one to backdown, but I'm starting to get to the point where even a victory will leave a bad taste. @@EdwardBraiman

Hey Ed, wanted to share a few questions I had regard my project electronics - includes arduino, ramps1.6, stepper motors, IR Heater & Pneumatic Pump. Was not able to find an email to share the question on. Just wanted to run the idea and setup by you. Is there a way?

I am watching your videos to set up my board, and i am getting the error..... Marlin\src\module/stepper/../../feature/../lcd/../libs/buzzer.h: In static member function 'static void Buzzer::invert()': Marlin\src\inc/../pins/stm32h7/pins_BTT_OCTOPUS_MAX_EZ.h:367:45: error: 'PG2' was not declared in this scope; did you mean 'PG_2'?" the only buzzer would be the one on my TFT screen... what do i do to fix it? im getting the same error for other pins such as PF4 asking if i mean "'PF_4'" Do i need to just change them all to the version with an underscore in it?

There's a Discord link in Description of video, either myself of someone else can walk you thru issue.

I am installing this TFT board in my Ender 5 plus. Will Installing this code alter the Configeration.h or the Configuration.adv.h file in the compiled firmware for my particular printer? I am using the BTTSKR e3mini V3.0 with a CR Touch and MicroSwiss direct extruder hot end.

Video is just about installing, doesn't branch into settings for BLT or any other devices. Otherwise the tutorial would be 4 hours long.
