I don't have sensorless homing but i have issues with my skr 1.4 printing weird. It will start printing a layer in 1 area then do the next to the left in a completely different area. Not sure how to fix it other than maybe some settings I'm missing in marlin...

environment variable for Marlin 2.1.2.4 was changed to STM32F446ZE_btt_usb_flash_drive or STM32F446ZE_btt if you don´t want USB support.

hoi Ed this board is that something for me?? i"m building a 3 dprinter (A bigger ender3).with bl touch, 2 Z-steppermotors and 2- extruder-motors placed on the same mountingplate, .and maybe in the future more extruders, or is it better to buy another board? I only see videos on a voron printer. i have a tft 32 display, or have i to buy another one. i hope to get responce. and if i buy them ,if neccesay can i ask for help if i have troubles with the firmware?

Hi ED, I bought a MKS GEN L V1.0 and I can not get it to work. I've tried VSCode and also from what I read I should be able to compile and load MARLIN on ARDUINO IDE and the MKS Gen L V1.0 should work. I've tried every thin and can not get it to work. What am I missing? I even tried an earlier edition of marlin and that seemed to lock up and freeze my desk top. Any one got any suggestions?

I realise this is 2 years old but - if you are compiling on a Linux system (eg Ubuntu, Linux Mint) you don't need Visual Studio Code. PlatformIO can run from the Linux command line and editing the header files can be done with any editor (I use Geany IDE). I prefer not to have MS products on my Linux machine. Otherwise everything about editing the .h files is the same.

i can't change the file type ?

I am facing an issue. When I connect the microswitch end-stop, it gets triggered, but when I connect the optical end-stop, it does not get triggered. The red led on the optical end-stop keeps on glowing constantly. I have checked the wiring; it's correct, but I cannot find the issue.

i must say a big thank you to as if it was not for your videos i would not have sorted and got VS Code working. i now have my 1.4 turbo sorted in my TRONXY X5SA just need to sort the ABL out now. i think i know where i went wrong as it would not home i had motors for x/y one motor was at true the other at false. i have another board the 1.4 just need some more parts now to build a voron 0
