Man I miss this game. I would say that fight at the end with all the skulls is the hardest fight in the game. The second being the Shao Kahn Statue. Third. The Executioner fight. I say that because I would be scared shitless when he would spin with the axe and then slice my head off. But nowadays I seem to like those battles a lot. Great walkthrough.

Damn this game brings back memories. I remember growing up playing this game. Even my mom and dad would play against each other and me and my siblings… best mk game imo. Side note: how come they never do this inquest mode in mk games anymore? Idk what anybody else thinks but I think it’s such a dope concept. Have more mob fights leading up to the big boss then having to fight them classic mk style. It’s just makes a lot of sense consider that usually in video games there a bunch of grunts before the big boss (more up close and personal) I would love to see them do this again in future mk games but I doubt they will😕

It's canon. Although, I think they retconned it for future installments. This was actually supposed to be the last MK game, so this doesn't take place in the new timeline. As a matter of fact, in one of the character endings in either MK9 or X, I think it was explained that Taven wasn't even awakened until much later in the current timeline.

It's not canon, Taven did not defeated Blaze in the end, it was Shao Kahn who did, as you see in the beginning of MK9 story... Although, everything else from Konquest is canon besides the ending.
