Thank you for this! A couple weeks ago I sneezed while wearing my headset and it FLEW off my head, about the same drop height as the first drop test, and I was so worried it had broken completely. However, after seeing this, I feel a lot better and sure that my headset isnt damaged 😅

The way I feel about either of the quest headsets is they were made just for you to use them till you can get something like the HTC vive or oculus rift. Basically a beginner headset for people who havent used one before until they learn how and get enough money for a better pc headset.

Coming back to watch this after 2.5k-3k hours in this headset and has dropped it more times than I can count.. and dances like a maniac in VRChat, rarely any issues. Headset 100% good other than elite strap variant or 2 breaking, and a couple controllers break. As well some software issues but doing a hard reset fixes them. Very impressed with this headset.

having owned and been actively using my quest 2 for over a year, it is VERY durable, my headset has gone flying off my head my controllers thrown and i have had no tracking issues, no damages and not even a visible scratch anywhere on the headset. defo one of the most durable headsets out there at the moment.
