Then why the RX layer is not bigger than N+ region in the top view of the transitsor you drew? The top view shows that RX is smaller than N+ region and is inside of it, however the cross section view clearly shows that N+ is inside the hole (or RX) in field oxide. Could you please make it clear for us?
