Like the requirement for the leopard Zoan probably has to do with bloodlust, something Lucci always had, while Nika required freedom as a life and fighting style. I think Oda made kaido so powerful that he didn't knew how luffy will defeat him, so giving kaido an awakening form before or after luffy's awakening will still result in a very very serious casualties. if not for the narrative purposes, awakened kaido could kill a lot of important characters even some of the strawhat. so I think that's the reason, and I think it's a one example of love it or hate it instances during the wano arc.

Yea it gets a little annoying especially with it not confirmed that Kaido or Big Mom are awakened either. That makes no sense since they should both def be awakened. But it comes down to plot timing / progression and we just have to make assumptions. Like King def should’ve been awakened as well. Or Oda has to make it clear that certain characters are still stronger even without awakened devil fruits, and have much stronger Haki development for example.

That's why Weevil is older than Stussy. Weevil might have been cloned from maybe Whitebeard's dna, but the clone is not perfect, hence why Weevil looks and behave like that. Maybe Weevil was cloned by Miss Buckingham before MAD, and imperfect, that's why she joined MAD to get knowledge from the other MAD members (by working together) on how to create perfect clones.

HUGE MARINEFORD CONNECTION: In chapter 560 "Prisoners of Impel Down" on TCB, Doflamingo tells Ivankov that Kuma is no longer Kuma, and is now PX-0. He says the following: "There's no point in yelling at me. I don't know what kind of deal he struck with the government... but he was still self aware until a few days ago! But now he doesn't even remember being human! He's a living corpse! He's just a human-weapon monster that takes orders from the government." I'm 99% sure this is implying that a few days before the Summit War is when Kuma expelled his memories, that Bonney is now standing in front of. Which means, that Kuma could have been a cyborg like Franky, but instead left his memories because they were more valuable than him retaining his humanity. Besides that I have so many thoughts and I need some time to digest.

Also, those two vials could, instead of poison, be DNA and some early version of the green blood used in the Seraphims.

On a side note; I think when Ms Buckingham works with MADS as a donor for their human clone project, as a payment she also asked a clone of Whitebeard as a son to raised. Kind of what Jango Fett asked as payment in Star Wars. Maybe both of them did have a “thing” when both of them in Rocks Pirate but Whitebeard don’t want to go steady/marry/commit/have a child with her. Here's my thought: The notion about Miss Bakkin (Weevil's mom) being the actual Miss Buckingham from Rocks Pirates, I refuse to believe that lol but here's the thing, it usually is the case with Oda. I always knew Stussy was up to something because she's too smart for her own good to follow leftovers like Lucci and Kaku. Stussy was always there, since Wholecake Island if I remember right, in the background, like she's gathering intel for someone. CP0 is just a cover for her and this chapter proved it. If Miss Buckingham is the 5th member of MADS and she's on Egghead, I think we're gonna hear it from Vegapunk himself but up to this point, not a thing. So yeah, all road leads to Miss Bakkin but now pops another question, what happened between her and Whitebeard?

I think that either 1. Bonney is a clone of Kuma's dead daughter. or 2. Kuma extracted memories from Bonney I also think Oda is tricking us into thinking Kuma wasn't a tyrant using previous WG labelling. Bonney wouldn't remember either way, and Kuma wouldn't want her to know, for her sake. Perhaps something traumatic happened to her. It explains why Vegapunk keeps saying that those memories are only going to cause her pain. If Kuma was indeed a tyrant at some point, I believe that either his daughter's death or Dragon convinced him to change his ways. Or I could be way off. Who knows? I trust Oda to absolutely crush us with Kuma's and Bonney's backstory no matter what it is at this point.

Since stussy is a clone of the rocks pirates and that group is arguably the strongest crew in the story the WG could try to bring back its members as there own soldiers like a precursor to the current seraphim that needs extra powers like lunation DNA because the warlords don't measure to the rocks crew. The chapter introduces the idea of a female clone who was created but then transitions to Bonney not study but we do fins out later that stussy is the clone motioned could it be that Oda is also hinting that Bonney is a clone too and a clone of big mom a rocks pirate they also share similar characteristics that's why Vegapunk and kuma are close also weevil could be a failed attempt at a whiteboard clone another rocks pirate and that's why he considers him his dad. My next guess for the next clone/rocks pirate to appear is shiki because the old hag in want when talking to orochi transforms into both shiki and Buckingham so she knew the rocks pirate code enough to touch them and she also knew about kaido

With Bonnie using her devil fruit like that made me think of something wild. Overall, the devil fruits is a power that someone imagined and greatly desired to have, as far as we understand. The users seem to be limited to how they imagine using them. Example would be Magellan using his poison to creat dragons or Robin combining smaller appendages to make bigger ones. They’re using their imagination to expand the use of their powers. (Imma go on a tangent but stick with me) Have you heard of the string theory? Basically, it’s what we theorize to be the smallest thing and it’s part of the building blocks of everything in the universe. What if Doflamingo could control those strings??? If he had the knowledge and understanding of elements he could literally make anything happen/create anything!!! Could you fuckin imagine how OP that would be? At that scale he could control the fabric of reality and manipulate atoms on the most basic level. If only he was the main character

I didn't consider Bonney being a clone till you mention it but that might be just the heel turn Oda would do. Perhaps the reason Vegapunk promised Kuma not to reveal his motivations for becoming a machine to infiltrates the government is because in doing so would reveal to Bonney that the original Bonney is dead. Maybe the reason Kuma decided to join the revolutionaries and strike out against the celestial dragons was due to them being responsible for his daughters death? We've seen that even royalty fear the celestial dragons as they can treat them like trash just like anyone else beneath them, regardless of their royalty status. As Bonney said her father would never leave her but what if her real daughter was already dead, would a perfect clone fill that hole in his heart? If Kuma can extract memories he could extract the perfect memories of Bonney's death from the clone she would never know she wasn't the real one. We've also seen that the world government want Bonney for her fruit. Now if Bonney is dead and the fruit is lost somewhere, perhaps the world government has to settle for the clone with lineage factor meaning they can't kill her and just give the fruit to someone else. So instead they intend to capture the clone and hold her indefinitely to use her powers. Kuma realizing this and knowing her daughter will never be safe even in rebirth as a clone vows to take extreme measures to infiltrate and end the world government once and for all? I know this is all deep in the tin foil hat area but it's just interesting all the possibilities these new revelations every chapter open up.

I believe the Rocks God Valley incident will be a lot similar to the Foxy Pirates episodes we got early in the series. We already know the obvious similarity between the crews which if they were assembled using the Davy Back fight. One of the following episodes after the Straw Hats defeated the Foxy Pirates in the Davy Back officially. There was a situation where the some of crew betrayed Foxy because they weren’t a crew built on loyalty they were built using underhanded tactics the “Davy Back” fight. So if Miss Bakkin really is Stussy from the Rocks Pirates what if she actually wants revenge for what happened at God Valley and is using the Whitebeards son story for a coverup. Because realistically how do you beat a crew as powerful as The Rocks crew is. & How did Big Mom and Whitebeard escape without capture but Kaido was captured and experimented on as well as now we know Miss Buckingham was cloned, and Rocks has been erased from history. I believe the only way they could’ve lost is if someone betrayed the crew.

Although everyone is going about it their own way, there’s a puppet master of sorts driving things in a certain direction(probably multiple). With how vegapunk assumes devil fruits come into existence it makes sense how kuma’s fruit works now. I always thought it was a bit random that he could just repel something non-tangible like pain but it’s possible the devil fruit came into existence first from someone (or multiple people) having the desire to repel abstract things from themselves such as pain, memories or desires, etc and so that’s basically the main purpose of the fruit but it’s also the ability to repel and so can do to physical things. But I’m wondering if this ability actually comes from his awakening? Either that or he could have the power to sprout paw pads on whatever he wants.

One thing that I think this adds to is nothing happened. knowing that zoro took the pain was already a really emotional moment, but I wouldn't put it past Kuma to show zoro luffy's emotional pain and memories as well. Just head cannon but I think that really strengthens zoro's bond with luffy, would love if they confirmed that!

I don't think weevil is whitebeards actual child. Don't get me wrong, they may even share dna. That being said, I can imagine it would be possible to splice dna together while "cloning". Even though it wouldn't be an exact clone, it would be a somewhat faithful adaptation. I think she got the dna from whitebeard on rocks ship, and volunteered her own dna. It could set up a really interesting narrative. Especially if punk records goes live, and weevil gets pissed and ends up fighting Marco or jozu out of jealousy. They had the father he never did. Whitebeard might not have known about him, and if he did chose to leave him alone due to his violent tendencies. I want to know more about weevil. (I've been drinking, so this is clearly all headcannon.)

Hear me out... Have you thought about how interesting it is that Vega punk(with the power to remember everything) becomes friends with Kuma (who can separate memories). And then Vega punk explains Kuma's fruit and says maybe it can separate more than just memories. Wouldn't Kuma have the power to make clones if it was awakened? Like his power is basically cut/paste and then his awakened could copy and paste ya know? And then think about it, that means Kuma helped Vega punk with creating his 1-6 Vega punks??? I'm just speculating here but I haven't seen anyone talk about this on videos. Forgive me if it was already mentioned. Love the videos as always. 😀

I’m starting to think the Seraphim are just full on clones and might not be cyborgs at all or only have very minor modifications. I think they’re more brainwashed then psychically controlled or at the very least they have more free-will and humanity than is being shown. All this talk about cloning and memories got me thinking but what really hammered it home was the panel showing the Seraphim as Lucci gives the order to destroy the lab. They each have very different and very clear emotion on their faces very similar to what we would expect their originals to display, especially if they were actually that age. Jimbei looks determined, Mihawk looks cocky and confidant, Boa looks bratty but observant, and Kuma looks impassive and aloof.

Okay, I'm about to post an insane crackpot theory, this is likely not the case, but i wanna ask something, wouldn't it make sense in this world, on the worlds most technologically advanced island, to have a spaceship? enel was able to make a ship capable of going to the moon, but not vegapunk? i highly doubt that, and here's where my theory happens, what if the strawhats get split up again, but because luffy sees a spaceship, and because it's luffy, he goes inside the spaceship, presses a bunch of buttons, and flies to the moon, finally paying off the enel cover story where they see each other for a chapter, and luffy folds him, and with the help of the space pirates, he gets back down to the blue sea, but this time he lands on elbaf, insane crackpot theory i know, and also doesn't even make that much sense, but i really want the enel cover story to play into the main story at some point because space is awesome.

There was a women in the first mads debut, so maybe ms bucking ham was the original member of mads then joined the rocks pirates then was cloned that being stussy 01 that’s why ms bucking is old and stussy is young because she became a vampire sometime after and infiltrated cp0 and I think stussy01 was cloned again and then infiltrated the evil unground warlords símilar to joker or doflamingo. So that version is stussy 02 and these clones are potentially working with vegapunk Stella.

Stussy added to female chara and their insta-incapacitation ability.. From BM, hancock, sugar, giolla, brulee (you dont survive trapped in mirror), tsuru, perona, bonney/shinobu (work the same), kalifa.. Not to mention the like of smoothie, pudding and baby 5 (nuke or turn into whatever weapon that was fired from the sky to obliterate lulusia) that has potential but not shown yet in the series.
